Premier of the Lean Chef Video

We have completed filming of Lean Chef: On the Ball with Pea Soup. In it, I walk you through the process of making a nutritious and hearty split pea soup with spinach salad, then demonstrate the three basic stability ball exercises. The video is being edited, and will first be shown on Santa Cruz County Community Television.

 

Grilling in the Park

In the summer of 2007, I will be teaching outdoor cooking classes. Make your own Cajun-style spice for Blackened Chicken, create Lemon-Thyme Chicken Wraps and Rosemary Skewered Steak. Look for the course description in the Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation brochure, page 35. Classes are from 10AM-noon on June 23 and July 21.
